Air Bar strictly enforces the following policies. Please review the cancellation deadlines, fees, and agreement terms before your visit or purchase.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Blowouts: Must be cancelled or rescheduled 2+ hours in advance with a receptionist during business hours, or the full-service price is charged.
Color, Cuts, Extensions, Makeup, Keratins: Must be cancelled or rescheduled 24+ hours in advance with a receptionist during business hours, or a $100 fee is charged.
No-shows: $150. All Late Cancel and No-Show fees will be charged to your credit card on file.

Late arrivals
Arrivals 10+ minutes late will receive dry-style or wash-leave-wet service. Full-service price applies.
Returns
Unused products are returnable within 30 days. No refunds on travel-sizes or extensions.

Club Air is our membership for blowouts. Club Air Extensions is our membership for blowouts for guests who have extensions in their hair.
The membership prices below are for Club Air. Club Air Extensions pricing is listed separately below.
Blowouts are regularly $58.00. Select and initial your desired package on the agreement with our reception team.

Champagne, wine, beer, espressos, cappuccinos, sodas, massage, and warm towels are always complimentary. Alcohol is only available to guests 21 and older.

Membership Agreement and Authorization
Both supplied forms contain the membership terms below. Download the agreement for your chosen membership above.
This Agreement replaces prior agreements related to Club Air Extensions Membership (“Membership”) with Air Bar Blowouts & Extensions (“Air Bar”). I (“Applicant”) agree to keep a valid credit card on file and authorize monthly Membership charges as initialed above. If a payment fails, I am responsible for providing an alternate form of payment; failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of benefits. My signature authorizes these monthly charges.
Membership begins on the first of the month following acceptance and requires a two-month minimum. Unused benefits roll over monthly and expire one year after purchase. No refunds are issued. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
This Agreement remains in effect until I provide written notice of cancellation, after which Membership ends on the last day of the month the cancellation was requested.
Series Agreement and Authorization
For purchases of a Series initialed above, a credit card on file is required. Series benefits are transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Benefits expire from date of purchase:

No refunds are issued. By executing this Agreement, I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions for all subsequent Series purchases.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards Agreement and Authorization
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are valid five (5) years from date of purchase, as printed on the Certificate. After expiration, any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Air Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use. Certificates/Cards must be presented at checkout. Use is subject to all Air Bar policies.
Changes to Memberships & Series
AIR BAR reserves the right to modify or cancel Memberships and Series, including benefits, pricing, terms, and expiration without notice.
